Let the Games begin

AAT Kings recently held their own version of the Commonwealth Games in their Melbourne office. The AAT Kings Games were held on Friday 24th of March and involved teams representing five countries (Australian, RSA, Cameroon, British Virgin Islands and Bangladesh) competing in five events (egg and spoon race, table tennis, basketball, darts and soccer).

On the day the office was decorated with games colours in the lunch room, a winner’s podium in the reservations area, Games memorabilia and event venues throughout.

The AAT Kings’ Games featured all the trimmings of the Commonwealth Games including games accreditation, bibs, anthems (AAT Kings’ Best Under the Australian Sky) and medals.

The victory ceremony for the egg and spoon race l- r: silver medallist Sonali De Silva, gold medallist Josarah Bell and bronze medallist Clare Carey.
