London-bound flight turns around over unruly passenger
An Air India London bound flight returned to Delhi after another unruly passenger incident in India.
The flier is accused of assaulting cabin crew, including pulling a flight attendant’s hair.
Air regulator Directorate General of Civil Aviation issued an advisory to airlines reiterating the current guidelines in place to deal with unruly passengers.
There has been a spate of recent incidents in India which have garnered a lot of media attention.
The hair pulling began just minutes into the flight, Air India said.
The male passenger was issued a warning from the flight crew but \continued unruly behaviour’ forced the pilot to turn the aircraft around.
The unruly passenger was then handed over to airport police.
