Flying time between London and Sydney could be cut to five hours under ambitious plans revealed by Virgin Atlantic.
Richard Branson’s space travel operation has joined forces with engine-maker Rolls-Royce to explore the design of a jet that would cruise above 60,000ft – but with capacity for only 19 passengers.
