Luxperience, the Sydney-based business exchange for the luxury and experiential travel trade, has renewed a partnership with Tourism New Zealand.

Tourism New Zealand, who will join forces with Air New Zealand, will be the major sponsors of the buyer and media lounge at Luxperience 2014.

Tourism New Zealand has supported Luxperience since its inaugural event three years ago and this year will increase its exhibitor presence by 70% on 2013.

Currently a total of 34 premium travel companies from New Zealand are registered to exhibit.

Luxperience 2014 runs from August 31 to September 3.

A post-touring programme includes three high-end tourism experiences in New Zealand, created in conjunction with the tourism board for global buyers. Each trip runs from September 4-7. They are:

– Southern Alpine Experience – Canterbury

– Volcanoes, Hobbits and Lodges – Central North Island

– A Bird’s Eye View of the South Island – Queenstown and Wanaka,
