Grand Hotel Primus opens its doors
Grand Hotel Primus in Terme Ptuj bears the name of the famous Roman general Marcus Antonius Primus, commander of the Pannonian legions.
The hotel has 250 beds, of which there are three luxury apartments with a Jacuzzi and sauna, all bearing the stamp of Roman times. All rooms are furnished elegantly, and they include cable LCD-TV, WLAN, telephone and safe box, while the superior rooms also have thermal water in the bathroom. Most rooms have a balcony.
Multi-purpose conference and seminar rooms can accommodate between 120 and 180 people. The highest quality execution of various events is ensured by up-to-date technical support.
In the Valens Avgusta Wellness Center, built in the Roman style, guests can be spoilt at the Imperium of Good Health and in the Vespasianus swimming area, or in the Flavia saunas and thermal baths.
In the basement of Grand Hotel Primus, the Gemina XIII club has been created, which can accommodate 250 people. The club will offer thematic evenings, along with selected food and drink.
The club will also be available for conferences. The conference room, equipped with up-to-date multimedia technology, can accommodate up to 120 people, and individual rooms of the club may be leased to closed groups.
About 300 metres from the new hotel lies a golf course with 18 holes.
