The founders of the upmarket holiday company Audley Travel are considering selling a stake in the business, valuing it at more than £100m.
Craig Burkinshaw and John Brewer have hired the accountant BDO to find an investor in order to expand the business overseas, according to a report in the Sunday Times.
The holiday company, which started in 1996 as Asian Journeys, offers tailormade holidays to every continent and employs 170 people. Audley declined to comment.
