A new ‘luxury’ coach service is being made available to airlines and hotels to transport pilots and flight attendants between Heathrow and their accommodation.

OmniServ has based a fleet of Mercedes vehicles with onboard TV and wifi at an airside location to prevent the pick-up being delayed by traffic on the way to the airport.

The company already provides various staff to Heathrow Airport Limited, including airport ‘ambassadors’, VIP hosts and drivers for inter-terminal buses.

It’s new Crew Coaching service is targeted at airlines flying into Heathrow as well as hotel chains contracted to provide overnight accommodation for cabin crew.
