Magic Rooms enhances distribution
Magic Rooms, the bed bank set up by former Thomas Cook boss Manny Fontenla-Novoa, has added a new distribution channel.
The trade can now book Magic Room’s properties on FindandBook, the travel aggregation interface from Multicom.
Fontenla-Novoa purchased the assets of On Holiday Group in April and set up Magic Rooms, employing several former OHG staff, including Brian Young as managing director.
The bed bank currently offers short-haul beach properties and is planning to add long-haul and city hotels to its portfolio later this year.
Magic Rooms head of sales Peter Davies added: "Establishing Magic Rooms with the trade requires strong distribution and with FindandBook we know we are featured on a platform used by a large amount of UK travel agents."
