Male model meltdown on United flight from Chicago
Just as news broke yesterday about a cat fight between United Airlines attendants, comes another story about a mid-air altercation on the airline.
United’s flight 473 from Chicago to John Wayne Airport in Orange County was disrupted on Tuesday when a 26-year-old male model named Arash Durrani began an intoxicated reign of terror that ended up with the man restrained in his seat with passengers’ belts.
Durrani allegedly had been drunk when he began groping women passengers, trying to kiss them and threatening other passengers who tried to control him.
He was wrestled to his seat, tied down with belts and given valium by a doctor who was on the flight.
When the aircraft landed Durrani was taken into custody. He will be charged with a federal offence for interfering with flight crew
