Maxjet ‘inundated’ with Vegas bookings
The boss of all business class airline Maxjet claims to have been “inundated” with bookings for new Stansted-Las Vegas flights.
The airline launches twice weekly flights on November 2 with return fares starting at £999.
Flights leave Stansted at 13:00 and arrive at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport at 17:00 local time. The Las Vegas departure leaves at 19:30 and arrives at Stansted at 12:30 local time the next day, giving the airline the only evening non-stop service from Las Vegas to London.
CEO Gary Rogliano said: “We have been inundated with bookings for this route since sales began on September 1.
“The UK is the second largest market to visit Las Vegas and we are responding to customer demand for an affordable non-stop business class service from London. The addition of this new route also means that connections to and from the US west coast are now much easier.”
