For the first time, his company, Performance Diagnostics Pty Ltd, is offering its suite of diagnostic tools to companies in the travel and tourism sector.
Designed to help its clients to perform better, the technology is based on the use of theoretical models developed to boost organisational performance.
“We can diagnose sales force performance, customer service and franchise effectiveness. We even have a tool called ‘AgentDoctor’ to induce an agent to sell more of a company’s product†says Pyle
He added, “Our range of diagnostic tools might almost have been created with the travel industry in mind.â€
