Millennium Hotels introduces new guest loyalty scheme

Friday, 14 Mar, 2019 0

Hospitality group Millennium Hotels & Resorts has rolled out a new guest loyalty program.

The company is touting My Millennium Guest Reward for its ease and simplicity and quick access to rewards with just a single tier membership.

As well as room upgrades and free hotel nights up for grabs, members get access to shopping and travel experiences at major brands like Spotify, Uber, Apple, Macy’s and access to shows and events.

My Millennium Guest Reward members get exclusive room rates and earn double points for every 10 nights.

"These touches will enhance members’ journeys not just within the hotel stay, but throughout their interaction with us. This will allow us to grow long-term relationships with our members," said Franck Kermarrec, chief marketing officer at Millennium Hotels & Resorts.

Experiences offered to members include special shows at the Hudson Theatre in Broadway.

"As part of this loyalty program, we have designed the rewards to personalize and maximize members’ travel experiences allowing them to choose benefits that are important to them," Kermarrec.
