Minor Hotels opening third AVANI hotel in Bangkok
Minor Hotels Group plans to add a third AVANI hotel in Bangkok.
The AVANI Sukhumvit Bangkok Hotel will open in late 2018, located in the On Nut-Phra Khanong area.
The 382-room new-build will form part of the Century The Movie Plaza 2 retail complex and will have an all-day dining venue, meeting space, spa and fitness centre.
"I am very excited about opening our third hotel in the Thai capital. The location in one of Bangkok’s trending districts is an opportunity to highlight our contemporary hospitality," said operations VP Alejandro Bernabe.
Kittiphun Poolvoralaks, executive director of developer Eak Pattanakit said: "There is a rising demand for contemporary upscale hotels in Sukhumvit, and we are pleased to work with AVANI Hotels & Resorts that fits the profile of the travellers we are targeting."
