Mole Poll Update

Monday, 30 Jun, 2008 0

The recent Mole Polls asking subscribers “Should Qantas Engineers receive the 5% pay increase they are demanding”, and “Do you think that the Australian inbound tourism industry is heading for a major crisis”, have come up with some intersting results

On the Qantas engineers pay rise poll question 62% of repondents said that No they should not receive their pay rise with 38% saying that they should.

So, while the vote was overwhelmingly for the No’s there was a strong groundswell of support for the Yes vote.

On the tourism industry crisis poll the vote was not overly clear either, with 57% of repondents saying Yes, they did believe that the industry was heading for a major crisis, and 43% saying no – an interesting balance.
