Monarch restructures purchasing team
The Monarch Travel Group has promoted Tom McCormick to purchasing director.
His role will be to "further strengthen" the operator’s package and accommodation-only programmes and identify areas for expansion and development.
McCormick, who has been with the Monarch Travel Group for 14 years as head of purchasing, will oversee an expanded purchasing team.
The five-strong purchasing management team will include a new head of purchasing, Neil Garner, who has been with the group for seven years as head of product and commercial.
Meanwhile, customer experience director Graham Coles will lead the Customer Experience division with a restructured management team responsible for both overseas and UK operations.
