Monarch signs deal with Holiday Taxis
Monarch has formed a partnership with Holiday Taxis to provide its passengers with a ‘one-stop shop’ for their resort or city transfer needs.
“Pre-arranged transfers are fast becoming one of the key needs of today’s travellers,” said flyMonarch.com managing director Liz Savage.
The low fares airline has also developed its website to improve the display of ancillary products to passengers who have completed a flight booking.
Passengers are now presented with a list of all ancillary products such as car hire, hotels, parking and insurance with prices tailored to match the specific flights booked.
Certain partners now display up to three product choices, allowing for even easier selection by the customer and so helping speedier booking.
Savage explained: “This new online development is great for giving relevant ‘at a glance’ pricing for customers looking to do some pre-holiday research.
“We display everything in one place, meaning there is no need for customers to jump from site to site to find the information they need.”
