More Oasis to London
HONG KONG – Oasis Hong Kong Airlines is enhancing in-flight services and products in its business and economy cabins, and launching additional flights between Hong Kong and London.
Oasis will unveil the first phase of its new benefits on board from mid-December, with all upgrades due to be completed by mid-February.
“This is our first service upgrade in the year since our launch, and we are very excited,” said Oasis chief executive, Stephen Miller.
“We expect these changes will enhance the look and feel of Oasis on board, and further convince our passengers that they can receive a comparable service on Oasis to that of other major carriers, but at a much lower price.”
Business class passengers will receive one-to-one service from flight crew, incorporating amongst other new touches, a full split meal service.
Oasis is moving away from the standard on board catering service and instead offering its businessOasis passengers a quality restaurant-like service, where each course of the meal is presented, then cleared, before the next is delivered.
Economy passengers will continue to receive two complimentary in-flight meals, either western style or Chinese style, with unlimited tea/coffee and soft drinks, which will be presented on more ergonomic tray sets.
From early January, Oasis will screen six new Hollywood
blockbuster movies per month for all passengers to view on their personal seat back TVs.
In addition to Oasis’ in-flight service upgrade, an additional three non-stop flights a week to the London route will be added, bringing the total to 10 flights per week.
The additional flights will operate Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from December 16.
