Multicom prepares for new ATOL certificates

Wednesday, 01 Oct, 2012 0

Travel software specialists Multicom has developed its FindandBook system to allow users to issue the new ATOL certificates, which come into force today.

Multicom is planning to make the new system available today but is awaiting CAA approval.

It says some FindandBook customers may need to make minor changes to the way their interface with Multicom is configured to enable them to issue the new certificates directly from the system.

Multicom Managing Director John Howell said: "While some industry experts have been predicting doom and gloom ahead of the introduction of ATOL certificates, Multicom has been busy gearing up to help its customers through the challenges ahead.

"We will help any customers who may need to make minor changes to ensure they can access this new development so they don’t fall foul of the CAA requirments."
