Multicom takes Paxport name
Multicom Products has been renamed Paxport following its acquisition last year by Paxport Group UK Limited.
A statement said the two businesses will now operate as a single entity.
Paxport CEO Tony Barker said: "We are delighted to be moving forward with a single Paxport identity for all of our operations.
"We will seek to leverage the growing trend to provide a more agile market focused distribution content with e-commerce and merchandising services.
"We will continue the evolution of our business, ensuring we remain proactive and agile as well as more product- and customer orientated."
Paxport, a global Merchandising Distribution System provider, will base its technology centre in Bristol, UK, while its merchandising centre remains in Stockholm, Sweden.
It was founded in 1994, has 90 employees and serves over 80 airlines and more than 250 resellers in UK and continental Europe.
