Naturelink Aviation – tailored air safaris & charters

Saturday, 31 May, 2007 0

As the Mole wandered through the transport section of the ICC, Naturelink Aviation caught his attention. OK, its probably more accurate to say that the ladies on the Naturelink Aviation stand cornered the Mole with their big smiles and beckoned him over! How could he resist?

It turned out to be an interesting chat about yet more tourism options available for visitors to South Africa.

Naturelink offers a choice of three, all of which could easily be incorporated as part of a corporate event:

Tailor-made safari

Pick your destination/venue, and arrive in style and comfort at the time you need to be there. The range of planes in the fleet goes from Boeings and Lear Jets down to high performance props, helicopters and light aircraft, including one little rugged turboprop that can carry 9 people and land & take-off in an area the size of a rugby field.

Golf Air Safari

The Mole just loves corny lines & puns, Naturelink’s can be found in its golf promo – “For the best approach to destination golfing!”  The concept still sounds pretty cool. If you have the $$ (or better still, can convince the boss to make it a corporate group bonding session or similar..), then just identify all the most marvellous golf courses in South Africa where you’d like to have a swing, and Naturelink will join the dots, or in this case the cups!  They will even organise a full range of non-golfing activities for the golf widows and widowers while their partners, er make whoopee on the courses.

Fishing Air Safari

Similar plan to the golfing, but its fishing spots that are the destinations – lakes, rivers and coasts, on or off the track.  If great-uncle Ernie once told you of a fabled fishing location he discovered not long after the Boer War, and its always been on your mind, chances are Naturelink can drop you right on top of it.

Finally, with a sparkle in their eyes, the ladies assured the Mole that flight crews were experienced bush pilots and that safety is absolutely never compromised.  They certainly appear to offer a fairly comprehensive charter service, and they also sell and lease aircraft worldwide, and offer aircraft maintenance and refurbs.  Check out www.naturelink.co.za

The Mole waved his goodbye and headed out for a coffee, mulling over whether he could go back and convince them to fly him to Victoria Falls…  and possibly along them!
