New British Airways uniform revealed
A new British Airways uniform was unveiled, created by designer Ozwald Boateng OBE.
It features a three-piece suit for men and dress, skirt and trouser options for women.
For the first time the British Airways uniform offers a modern jumpsuit.
A tunic and hijab option has also been created.
Boateng has been developing the collection since 2018.
Sean Doyle, CEO, said: “Our uniform is an iconic representation of our brand, something that will carry us into our future.”
The airline has been putting the uniform to the test over the last six months in secret trials.
The airline’s engineers and ground operations agents will be first to wear the new uniform from spring 2023.
Cabin crew, pilots and check-in agents will wear the new British Airways uniform this summer.
