New brochure for Globus

Sunday, 18 Oct, 2005 0

International wholesaler Globus has introduced the 2006 Europe & Britain touring brochure with a solid promotional offer promising savings for travellers of up to $550 per couple off the total package price when a tour and airfare is booked by 31/12/05.

Highlighting key points of difference, National Marketing Manager, Fiona Watson stated that “in the 21 Globus Britain & Ireland itineraries for 2006 we now feature 107 different paid inside visits, special meals and special trips, and 15 quality visits which are free of charge. As a comparison, in 2005 our main competitor featured just 43 paid visits, special meals and trips, and 6 free visits on 18 itineraries. Clearly Globus gives travel agents greater selling options for those travellers seeking the best experiences that Britain and Ireland can offer”.

Another key feature in the 2006 brochure is that on all Globus multi-country tours of Europe that commence in London, the Eurostar high speed train is used to cross the English Chanel. Currently, Globus is the only major wholesaler to feature the Eurostar giving travellers more time at their destinations to shop, relax or sightsee.
