New convention hotel opens in Kentucky
Marriott International opened its 17-story convention hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.
The 616-room property is connected to the 300,000 square foot Kentucky International Convention Center via an enclosed skywalk.
The hotel has 50,000 square feet of meeting space.
The facility has bookings through 2009, according to Jon Peck, general manager of the Louisville Marriott Downtown.
The hotel is owned by Kentucky Hotel Convention Partners, LLC, and managed by White Lodging Services of Merrillville, Ind.
