New Delhi Airport and Nearby Hotels

I had not been to Delhi for three years. On a recent quick trip, I wanted to try staying at an airport hotel, do my few meal meetings and in and out.
It was wonderful to experience New Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport’s new modern Terminal 3, as well as new convenient and comfortable airport hotels, including the up-market Radisson Blu Plaza Delhi and the mid-market Nidra Hotel.
The Nidra boasts low rise modern architecture with contemporary design features, surrounded by lush green gardens, which are used for group events, especially weddings. It was quite comfortable, with excellent efficient and exceptionally friendly service.
The service at the buffet breakfast was refreshingly impressive. The food quite good.
Fifteen minute taxi to Gurgaon or Delhi, the Nidra was perfect for a quick two day stay or to have your meetings and seminars there.
The Radison Blue Plaza Delhi is a typical modern high rise property, located in a busy area near the airport. Their Great Kabab Factory menu is one of the tastiest compared to all five star hotels in Delhi.
