New German route launched by easyJet

Daily flights from Luton to Bremen have been launched by easyJet.

The airline expects to carry almost 100,000 passengers during the first year of operation. Ticket prices start at £17.99 single.

EasyJet claims to be the largest low cost carrier at Luton airport offering 27 routes to 11 countries. The airline operates 420 flights a week, handling more than 5.8 million passengers this year.

Marketing manager Emma Curwood said: “We are delighted offer even more low cost services from our Luton base. Bremen is a destination with something for everyone, making it ideal for holiday-makers, city breakers and business passengers alike.”
