The Ski Club of Great Britain has re-launched its snow and weather app following a thorough overhaul. It is now available for download onto Apple and Android devices .

The app allows users to access the Ski Club’s comprehensive snow reports, as well as detailed six-day weather forecasts for over 250 resorts.

Updated daily, the app provides accurate, reliable, non-biased data on snow conditions, which can help skiers and boarders to plan their skiing and boarding activities.

Features now include:

  • Over 250 ski resorts worldwide
  • New snow depth
  • Snowfall in the last seven days and anticipated snowfall in next nine days
  • Weather forecasts
  • Piste conditions and number of lifts open
  • Live webcams
  • In-app messages and exclusive in-resort member benefits from the Ski Club

The newly-formatted app will now send users notifications of events in resorts and highlight where to find Ski Club negotiated deals and discounts locally.

Users of the app should easily be able to identify where to meet and ski with Club Leaders or instructors for the Club’s instructor-led guiding service too.
