New UK marketing manager for Tourism Australia

Tourism Australia has appointed Tim Jones as marketing manager UK, Ireland and Nordic.

Jones joins from Thomas Cook where he was head of marketing for Thomas Cook Signature and Latitude, focusing on the long haul and luxury travel markets.

Previous to that he was the sales and Mmarketing manager for Qantas Holidays UK.

Jones will be based in the London office and takes up his new position in the autumn.

Kirsten Webber has been appointed to the role of marketing services manager UK, Ireland and Nordic.

Webber, who will report in to Jones, joins the London office from Tourism Australia’s Sydne . She will be supported by marketing co-ordinator Felicity Osman.
