News from Noosa: The brand is being tweaked
NOOSA – Tourism Noosa has appointed George Patterson Y&R Brisbane as its new creative agency after launching a tender to lead a refresh of the brand and its marketing activities.
Chief executive Steve Cooper said Tourism Noosa would work with George Patterson Y&R to manage a comprehensive review of brand Noosa.
“Visitor markets have changes rapidly in recent years, technology is increasingly influencing habits and opinions, and Noosa itself has evolved with a host of new developments taking place now and over the next 12-18 months,†Cooper said.
“To reflect these market changes the Noosa brand is overdue for a revisit.â€
As part of the fresh approach, Tourism Noosa will be taking a “new look at what will influence prospective visitors” and while the brand would continue to invest in TV and print, it would also be exploring new media channels and investing more in digital.
