NH Collection brand checking in to Australia
Thailand based Minor Hotel Group is introducing the NH Collection brand to Australia.
It announced a deal for a new build hotel in Sydney’s CBD which is slated to open in 2023.
NH Collection Sydney will have 254 hotel rooms and a fitness centre, meeting rooms, a speciality restaurant and lobby bar.
"Joining an existing portfolio of over 80 NH Collection properties globally, we are confident that the brand will be well received within the Australian market," said Minor Hotels Australia and New Zealand COO, Craig Hooley.
"We have been eager to launch the NH Collection brand in Australia for a number of years now."
It marks the upper upscale brand’s first expansion into the Pacific region.
