No gamble: Vegas box saves money
Frequent travelers to Vegas that run the gamut from families to conventioneers are now being offered a way to lighten their load and reduce baggage fees with a place to keep commonly traveled items and liquids with “The Vegas Box.”
“Travelers flock to Las Vegas year-round and often multiple times per year for both business and pleasure. New airline procedures and fees have opened the door for a variety of new travel products like The Vegas Box to make traveling a little easier and more affordable,” the company says.
The price at US$99 per year allows travelers to leave commonly traveled personal items (toiletries, towels, alcohol or convention supplies, for example) in a securely locked storage box that is conveniently picked up and dropped off at hotels at preferred times.
“If you visit Vegas just twice per year, The Vegas Box pays for itself and makes traveling so much more convenient and easy without the cost of a checked bag and hassle of transporting these items back and forth,” said Gene Marler, co-founder.
The idea is to save time and the cost of dealing with checked bags, as well as buying new personal items.
