Nobu Hotel coming to Chicago
Nobu Hotels will plant its flag in Chicago’s West Loop next year.
Set for a 2019 opening, it will have 115 guest rooms and suites furnished in Nobu’s signature Japanese décor, a fitness center, spa, indoor pool and meeting space.
"It’s a fantastic hotel that will hold up to Nobu’s brand standards," says Frank Maduro, vice president of marketing at AIC Hotel Group, which handles Nobu’s sales and marketing functions.
As usual, there is a strong culinary focus with a 10,000-square-feet Nobu restaurant and an indoor and outdoor rooftop bar space which looks out over Chicago’s ‘Restaurant Row.’
Nobu is also set to debut the brand in Mexico in 2019 in Los Cabos.
Its current development pipeline includes hotels coming to Atlanta and Toronto.
