Novotel Northbeach welcomes award and new Manager

For the second year in a row, Novotel Northbeach Wollongong have been named Winner of the prestigious ‘Meeting and Business Tourism Award’ at the 2005 Illawarra Tourism Awards.

Also winning the award for ‘Accommodation – Hotels and Motels’, Novotel Northbeach Wollongong confirmed its status as the region’s premier hotel destination for business and leisure clients. 

Newly appointed General Manager, Walter Immoos, said the hotel attributes its success to the idyllic location, staff dedication, and innovative approach to tourism and customer service.

“We strive to continually provide the best product in Wollongong for business and leisure guests and our staff are committed to maintaining the Novotel’s number one status,” said Immoos.

The hotel’s multi-award winning conference facilities boast a 600 seat pillarless ballroom, 13 meeting rooms, 9 with magnificent ocean views and an extensive pre function and exhibition area that can cater for up to 30 exhibitor booths. The dedicated conference and catering team work alongside an onsite Audio Visual company to ensure a successful event .
