NSW greenlights $100m tourism report
The NSW Government has announced that it has reached an in-principle agreement with developers, giving a $100 million tourism resort the go-ahead on the New South Wales North Coast.
Lands Minister Tony Kelly made the announcement at Kingscliff today, saying that construction work on the site, known as Lot 490, would employ more than 100 people.
He said the developer had promised to spend more than $5 million on community facilities, such as a kiosk, a boat shed and car parking facilities.
