Oceania offers concierge service
Oceania Cruises says it has introduced the first agent support program designed for home-based agents.
Oceania@Home Agent Suite has a wide variety of offerings that include concierge-style personal support. Among other offerings:
A private-label website; a web-based training tool; online access to live availability; training seminars held aboard Regatta and Insignia; special incentive commissions.
The new program shows how vital agents are to the cruise industry, said Bob Binder, executive vice president of Oceania Cruises.
