Octopus secures Malaysia Airlines deal
OctopusTravel.com is to provide hotel, sightseeing and tranfers for Malaysia Airlines’ websites across 14 countries.
The accommodation website’s technology will be incorporated in the airline’s sites, co-branded and designed according to the requirements of each market, starting with Malaysia, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
Cendant-owned Octopus will provide dedicated call centres for passenger booking enquiries and telesales.
Octopus will also supply content to online airline booking firm Sky-tours.com in 18 countries.
