Oliver’s Travels bolsters South of France portfolio with acquisition
Oliver’s Travels has made its third acquisition of the year, with French rental operator Charming Houses.
It follows years of successful collaboration between the companies.
With the acquisition, Oliver’s Travels welcomes an additional 103 villas to its collection.
Oliver’s Travels now boasts over 1,300 holiday homes in France alone.
Charming Houses’ portfolio includes villas across Provence and the South of France.
Ravi Sabharwal, Co-Founder of Oliver’s Travels, said “This marks our third acquisition this year, and we are particularly excited about this addition.”
“We have had the pleasure of working closely with Charming Houses for several years already. Their luxurious rentals perfectly align.”
Marie Pierre, Founder of Charming Houses, added “We are thrilled to be joining forces with a company that shares our deep appreciation for luxury and charm.”
This acquisition follows a series of strategic moves, following the company’s recent acquisition of Menorca Private Owners and Homes & Provence in 2024.
Oliver’s Travels says it continues actively looking to acquire new businesses. For requests or further information:[email protected].
