Omni Hotels rolls out new loyalty program for meeting planners
Omni Hotels & Resorts has launched a new program for meeting planners called Select Planner.
As part of the existing Omni’s Select Guest loyalty program, meeting planners start earning award and tier credits immediately after confirming a group or catering booking.
It gives planners an accelerated path to elite-level status, the company says.
Other perks include free room nights redeemable at any Omni hotel or resort, locally inspired welcome amenities and experiences, and flexible check-in and checkout.
"We looked at our existing loyalty program, and industry programs overall, and found we had a real opportunity to recognize and thank our clients in a different way," Dan Surette, SVP of sales and marketing said.
"Beyond a strong loyalty program that gives back to our valued planners, we know that genuine hospitality and service matters. Our planners can truly book with confidence as we are in it together."
Planners earn one award credit per $1,000 and one tier credit per $10,000 booked.
Members can monitor rewards and update their preferences in a single Select Guest account.
