On The Go Tours appoints MD
Group tour specialist On The Go Tours has appointed Carl Cross as managing director of its global operations.
In the role, he will split his time between offices in Australia and the UK, as well as in Canada, South Africa and New Zealand.
He joins from Flight Centre UK where he was general manager retail product, marketing and consumer experience.
Scott Braidwood, co-founder and owner of On The Go Tours, said: "After many years with Flight Centre both in Australia and the UK, Carl has a deep understanding of our business and we are all looking forward to reaching new heights under his leadership."
Cross added: "I have worked with On The Go Tours in various capacities throughout my Flight Centre career and have always admired their entrepreneurial culture and relentless focus on the customer experience."
