One dead in New Zealand tour bus crash
One person has died and 13 more were taken to hospital in New Zealand after a tourist bus crashed into other vehicles in the Waikato region of the North Island.
Emergency services said two people are in critical condition while four others were seriously injured.
New Zealand police said the bus was carrying 11 foreign tourists when it collided with two other vehicles.
The cause of the accident hasn’t been disclosed.
It happened on a straight stretch of rural highway in clear weather.
The crash site is about 50 km from the city of Hamilton.
The nationalities of the tourists haven’t been made public.
