Online hotel booking service adds Australia
Hotel booking service Bluebookonline.co.uk has added properties in Australia to its portfolio available to agents.
The company has introduced 700 hotels, including 70 in Sydney.
Bluebookonline.co.uk already claims to offer more than 30,000 properties worldwide, transfers, accommodation and ground product available to agents through the website.
Every Australian product booking made by November 30 will give agents one entry into a draw that could see them win 12 bottle of Australian wine. The second place winner will receive six bottles, while the agent selected third will win three bottles.
The company says it is enabling thousands of agents to compensate for declining revenues from flight sales by increasing revenues from sales of accommodation-only and ground product, and by reducing the time spent searching for and booking these components.
Amy Sullivan of Tourism Australia said: “Tourism Australia offers its full support to Bluebookonline.co.uk and looks forward to working together to bring even more travellers to our magnificent country. Combine this with our online training programme – the Aussie Specialist Programme – and agents have the tools to make a strong yielding booking just a few keystrokes away.”
Bluebookonline.co.uk was created by Worldwide Tailor Made Holidays, which celebrates its 10th birthday in January 2006.
