Operator boosts agent commission
Discover Egypt has set a 15% commission rate for agents selling holidays from its 2009-10 brochure.
The rate covers all sales from the new brochure covering 2009 until summer 2010, including flight, room and board supplements.
The 28-page brochure features four- and seven-night Nile cruises, including new luxury vessel the Royal Viking and an all-inclusive cruise option; twin and multi-centre holidays with Red Sea Riviera resorts, city breaks and specialist holidays such as diving, golfing and spa breaks.
There are 11 new hotels, including more in the Red Sea resorts of El Gouna, Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh.
Four new properties have been added by the All Leisure Group operator in El Gouna, including the Dawar El Gouna, Three Corners Rihana Resort, Steigenberger Golf Resort and Sheraton Miramar.
In Hurghada the Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh is new and in Sharm El Sheikh the Savoy Sharm.
Commercial director Philip Breckner commercialdirector of Discover Egypt: “We are giving travel agents a better than ever commission structure, as well as much more choice for their clients with our new and expanded brochure. “Our product suits most budgets with our greater range of Nile cruise vessels and many more hotels featured in our new brochure.
