Operator expands sales team
Funway Holidays is to expand its sales team in a bid to give extra support to retail agents.
The long haul specialist claims not all customers have the confidence to book online and often need the expertise and assurance of a sales expert.
“This year approximately 80-85% of our business will be trade driven. The retail community is extremely important to us since we started operating some 18 years ago we have forged a number of key relationships and seen this business grow year after year,” said managing director Stephen Rhodes.
Funway is expanding with a dedicated Ski programme, a new Cruise and Stay Sandals brochure and a new marketing Campaign aimed at ‘putting the fun back into travel’.
