Osprey offers clients free guidebooks
Osprey Holidays has teamed up with publishing company DK and Berlitz to give all clients a complimentary guidebook to their holiday destination.
The operator says the move is an example of "the best possible service" and "adding value" as it offers the guides with maps, recommendations and information.
Managing director Michael Bennett said: "We’re committed to maintaining the best possible service to our clients and agent partners and this new service means they can now research the best things to do and see in their chosen destination before they arrive.
"This is a significant investment for Osprey Holidays but one I feel adds considerable value to our clients’ city break experience."
Travel agents can expect the guidebooks with all new bookings made from 17 July. These will be packaged within the client’s travel wallet in their travel documents.
