Pan Pacific closes for major transformation
Pan Pacific Singapore has confirmed that it will close on April 15 for an S$80 million makeover.
The 25-year-old, 790-room property will give guest rooms, restaurants and lobby a major transformation, highlighted by the Pacific Club on Level 38, the topmost level of the hotel.
The hotel is scheduled to re-open part of its premises and facilities – 150 rooms and public areas on level one – from August 2012. The hotel is expected to be fully operational in September.
“The transformation will enhance our competitive advantage in the Marina Bay vicinity,” said Scott Swank, general manager of Pan Pacific Singapore.
