Pan Pacific rolls out two new loyalty programmes
Pan Pacific Hotels Group has introduced two new loyalty programmes targeting both consumers and trade customers.
PPHG has unveiled the guest programme Pan Pacific Discovery, offering members perks such as exclusive rates, late check-out and upgrades to the next room category when booking direct.
Additional customised privileges are extended to residents of its serviced suites such as complementary laundry and branded toiletries.
The invitation only corporate programme, Pan Pacific Connections, rewards planners booking rooms, meetings and events at all hotels, resorts and serviced suites in the PPHG portfolio.
It is open to corporate and individual booker accounts with points earned on every eligible stay and meeting booked.
Instant reward points are offered for bookings, which can be used to redeem for hotel stays, dining, wellness, and shopping products.
"We developed these loyalty programmes from inside out by first looking at the rewards and benefits which are most meaningful to our customers across both B2B and B2C segments. Through Pan Pacific Connections and Pan Pacific Discovery, we hope to generate more brand love and loyalty to our hotels," said Cinn Tan, chief sales & marketing officer.
"We keep our customers’ trust in us as their preferred hotel brand in the region by not resting on our laurels but through continuous innovation and improvement."
Singapore based Pan Pacific is a founding member of the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) and owns or manages more than 40 hotels, resorts and residences including properties under development in 24 cities globally.
