Pan Pacific’s rewarding experiences
Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts has launched GHA Discovery, its guest loyalty programme.
Built on the Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) platform, GHA Discovery offers guests “Amazing Local Experiences†as rewards.
Its focus is on providing guests with opportunities to participate in unique experiences that they may otherwise not have access to.
Guests not only get airline miles as with other loyalty programmes, they also enjoy a local experience that they can redeem each time they upgrade to a membership level or stay at a new GHA Discovery brand.
Local experiences differ for various hotels across member brands.
Some of the Local Experiences offered at Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts include:
• Working with a Grammy Award-winning sound engineer to produce your own custom ring tone in Microsoft’s exclusive sound studio at Pan Pacific Seattle
• Joining the Air Traffic Controllers at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Control Tower and finding out how they operate at Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport
• Learning the basics of dim-sum making with a Cantonese Chef at Pan Pacific Singapore
• Going behind-the-scenes of Whistler’s only ski and snowboard manufacturer to learn how they are made at Pan Pacific Whistler
Membership is complimentary and guests can enroll online at panpacific.com, or in person at any Pan Pacific hotel or resort around the world.
