Passenger ‘bites off man’s ear’ on Jet2 flight
A passenger allegedly bit off half of a man’s ear during a flight from Newcastle to Ibiza.
The male victim reportedly underwent treatment in Spain following the incident on the Jet2 flight on Sunday.
The low-cost airline told the Daily Mirror it was investigating the alleged attack and working with Northumbria police and the parties involved so the airline ‘can take the appropriate action’.
Northumbria police said enquiries are ongoing.
