Pegasus Airlines partners with iCoupon
Digital vouchering platform iCoupon has secured a new contract for disruption meal voucher services with Pegasus Airlines.
iCoupon already has a presence in the market with partnerships with SunExpress and Corendon Airlines.
This latest deal consolidates the company’s position in Turkiye.
Working with iCoupon, Pegasus will benefit from a simplified process to award disrupted passengers with meal vouchers.
iCoupon’s solutions directly integrates the voucher into a passenger’s boarding pass.
This eliminates the need for traditional paper vouchers, and streamlines the compensation process.
Pegasus operates over 100 aircraft and carried nearly 32 million passengers last year.
Richard Bye, CEO of iCoupon, said: “While delays are often caused by issues beyond the control of airlines, a smooth passenger experience is a priority for all airlines.”
“iCoupon’s growth in Europe has been impressive and we’re very proud to be serving over 95% of carriers in this territory.”
