P&O tips the tip this week
P&O Cruises’ decision to eliminate automatic passenger tipping from its fleet takes effect later this week.
The move, announced by the cruise line last December, will apply to all cruises from October 1 onwards.
Under the change, the previously recommended daily gratuity of $7.50 per passenger will no longer be automatically added to passengers’ onboard accounts.
Guests will still have the option to reward P&O Cruises’ crew for exceptional service at their own discretion.
