P&O webinars attract strong support
P&O Cruises has reported strong agent interest in its new 2014-15 programme, with a record number of agents participating in the company’s webinars on its latest cruise offerings
The webinars attracted more than 250 agents interested in learning more about the 2014-15 programme.
The programme, which opened for sale on Friday, features cruises from every mainland state as well as new itineraries to Indonesia, Asia and Papua New Guinea.
Meanwhile, Carnival Australia has begun the transition to Sydney Ports Corporation’s new White Bay Cruise Terminal.
The transfer to White Bay follows the NSW state government’s decision to relocate cruise ship operations west of the Sydney Harbour Bridge from Barangaroo.
Pacific Pearl – one of three P&O Cruises’ superliners operated by Carnival Australia – became the first cruise ship to berth at White Bay and her sister ship, Pacific Jewel, is due there on Friday.
